I'm dealing with a fungal infection on my penis and FourDerm cream helped clear it up in just a few days, but now I have about 23 spots left. One of them is a noticeably bigger red spot. Are these spots part of the healing process, or should I be worried? How long might it take for my skin to look normal again?

I'm dealing with an itchy rash on my scrotum that started last night. It's painful and feels worse with sweating, like prickly heat. I'm really uncomfortable and worried. Can you suggest any home treatments or remedies that might help relieve this?
To treat jock itch at home, you can use over-the-counter antifungal creams such as Lotrimin Ultra or Lamisil AT. Apply the cream to the affected area twice a day for at least 2 weeks. In addition to using antifungal creams, it is important to keep the affected area clean and dry. Make sure to wash the area with mild soap and water, and pat it dry thoroughly. Wearing loose-fitting underwear made of breathable fabric like cotton can also help reduce sweating and irritation. If your symptoms do not improve after 2 weeks of home treatment, or if they worsen, it is important to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment.

I've been struggling with some hair issues after a bad case of chicken pox back in 2016. About five months post-recovery, my hairline started receding, and my hair seemed to get thinner. By the next year, the temple area receded by an inch and my hair lost strength. I started taking dietary supplements six months ago as per my doctor's advice, and I'm noticing a slight improvement in thickness, but my temple hairline hasn't shown any progress. Can you shed some light on whether my temple hair will eventually grow back, and how long it might take for my hair follicles to recover after chicken pox?
