I'm really concerned about what's going to happen if I stop using Skin Lite cream after using it for a few years. It's really helped improve my skin tone, but I'm a bit worried about any potential side effects once I stop. Also, could you recommend any healthy creams that can help me maintain the same skin tone?

I'm dealing with a Vitamin D deficiency and white patches on my skin, so I've started taking Vit D MGD3 tablets once a week and Calcium tablets every other day, as advised by my doctor. But now after about 23 days, I'm getting really bad mouth ulcers. I've even switched the brand of the tablets and consulted different doctors three times, but the ulcers keep coming back as soon as I start these medicines. What do you think is causing this, and what should I do?
