I've been having this issue where every time my back gets wet with sweat, I start experiencing really bad pain afterwards. It's super weird because as long as my back stays dry, I'm totally fine. But my back pretty much sweats all the time, kind of like a faucet. I'm really concerned and wondering why this might be happening and what I can do about it. Any advice would be appreciated.
