I'm noticing these red, itchy spots in the creases of both my elbows. It's making me worried. Do you know what could be causing this and what I can do to treat it?

I've been dealing with a really persistent ringworm infection for about a year now. I've seen a few dermatologists and the treatments they gave me worked while I was taking them, but as soon as I finished the course, the infection just came right back. I've tried using ointments like Terbifine and Onabet, and more recently, Dk gel, Nailrox cream, and tablets like Itaspor and Xyzal. I even used Absorbz soap.
