I'm 27 and have asthma. I'm taking deriphyllin tablets right now, and my husband and I are thinking about starting a family. I'm concerned about whether it's safe to continue this medication while trying to conceive. Could you advise me on this?

View allI've been having this really sharp pain in my chest, mostly on the left side, for about a month now. It used to just happen when I moved a certain way or turned over in bed, but recently it's been happening more randomly, sometimes on the right side or in the middle too. Breathing in can be painful sometimes as well. I've got allergic rhinitis and asthma, and my allergies have been acting up lately. I'm finding myself out of breath pretty often when doing even small things, and it's hard to breathe at night since my nose gets blocked and I can hear wheezing from my chest. Could this chest pain be linked to my asthma? I'm starting to worry, and would really appreciate some advice!

I've been keeping an eye on my Spo2 levels and they're usually at 98, but I've noticed that when I sleep, my oximeter shows it drops to 94. Then, when I wake up, it goes back to 98. Should I be concerned about this fluctuation? Is it normal for my oxygen levels to dip while I'm asleep, or is there something specific I should be looking into?
there will be positional variations in saturation levels ,it is normal

I've been dealing with this tight feeling in my chest and rib pain whenever it's cold. A nurse mentioned it might be asthma or a bad cold allergy. They suggested ventolin tablets, but those just make me feel weak. What could be causing this and what should I consider doing about it?
