Is lemon good for TB patient?

View allI'm really worried and need some advice. Every morning when I gargle and cough, I end up vomiting, and there's blood in it. It's like clear sticky sputum with blood streaks. This mainly happens when I force myself to vomit after coughing once or twice, and I get a bloody taste in my throat. But if I don't cough and just vomit voluntarily on an empty stomach, there's no blood, just clear sticky mucus. Is this what they call pseudohemoptysis? Could this be happening because of trauma from coughing too hard? What should I do?
Sputum for AFB and microscopy,x-ray chest pa view, complete blood count, esr and C-reactive protein is advised to the patient.

I've been dealing with this nonstop coughing for the last three days because of a cold, and it's honestly so annoying. It's making it really hard to sleep, and it happens every time I get sick. I struggle to cough up the mucus; it's like I'm trying, but nothing comes out. I've already tried different cough syrups and antibiotics, but nothing seems to work. What do you think is going on, and what else can I try?
Patient is advised syrup salbutomol 10 ml orally for 7 days, also sputum for AFB examination and chest xray pa view and complete blood count is advised to the patient.

Why am I being given levofloxacin and amoxicillin along with comebutol and macox plus 600 for my tuberculosis treatment, when I thought the usual meds for this are rifampicin, isoniazid, and ethambutol? I've been on medication for 8 months already and just feeling confused about this change.
