I've been diagnosed with lymph node tuberculosis and my doctor prescribed Rcinex 600, Ethambutol, and Pyrazinamide. He said I should take them in the morning and eat an hour later. I take the medicine as instructed, but not exactly between 7 to 10 AM its usually a couple of hours later when I eat. Is this okay, or am I at risk for MDR TB? Could you advise me on this?

I'm really worried because I've been experiencing some unusual symptoms lately. I have a history of allergic asthma, and I've noticed that when I inhale strong perfumes, it triggers a cold and a dry cough. I work outdoors a lot and have been using hand sanitizer frequently. For about a month now, I've noticed bloody mucus in my throat, which I end up swallowing, and it leaves a metallic taste. When I took a rapid corona test, it came out negative, although when they took the nasal swab, there was some blood on the stick. I don't have any other symptoms, but when I don't sleep well, I have a mild dry cough. I even tried antibiotics, but nothing seems to help. Could this be related to inhaling the sanitizer while rubbing it on my hands? What should I do about it? What remedies or steps should I take?
Seroflo rotahaler sos for breathing difficulty is advised to the patient.

I've been struggling with my asthma for five years now. I've seen a pulmonologist in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, and have been using Odimont AL and an Asthaline inhaler, but nothing seems to work. Can someone suggest any good asthma specialists in Chennai?
