I've been diagnosed with lymph node tuberculosis and my doctor prescribed Rcinex 600, Ethambutol, and Pyrazinamide. He said I should take them in the morning and eat an hour later. I take the medicine as instructed, but not exactly between 7 to 10 AM its usually a couple of hours later when I eat. Is this okay, or am I at risk for MDR TB? Could you advise me on this?

View allI've been feeling really congested in my chest and no matter how much I sleep, I just wake up feeling tired all day like I can't get enough rest. I tried taking Asthalin before sleeping last night and it seemed to help a bit with the fatigue. I'm also dealing with a lot of acidity all day long, and sometimes it even makes me vomit and I end up coughing up a lot of phlegm. Do you think these things are related, and what can I do about it?
