I've been diagnosed with lymph node tuberculosis and my doctor prescribed Rcinex 600, Ethambutol, and Pyrazinamide. He said I should take them in the morning and eat an hour later. I take the medicine as instructed, but not exactly between 7 to 10 AM its usually a couple of hours later when I eat. Is this okay, or am I at risk for MDR TB? Could you advise me on this?

View allI've been dealing with some chest issues after a trip to Delhi about two months ago, probably because of the pollution there. Ive got this persistent chest pain that feels like its stinging in the center and a couple of spots on the left and right. Theres also this thin, transparent, frothy mucus that comes out, especially when I get irritated, but strangely, Im not coughing at all. I've been in touch with doctors at the civil hospital in Gandhinagar. Theyve done a couple of chest X-rays, sputum tests, and one CBNet, and everything came back clearno TB or anything. But the mucus and post-nasal drip wont go away, and the chest pains gotten worse over the last couple of days. What could be going on?

Can I keep an oxygen cylinder at home just in case, as a precaution for COVID, while waiting for hospital admission? Would having this on hand help maintain the oxygen saturation levels if things get critical before I can get to the hospital?

I'm dealing with acute bronchitis pretty often. It usually kicks off with a sore throat and then escalates to bronchitis, complete with mucus buildup in my chest and all that. I typically skip medication and just let it run its course, which takes about a week or two. I'm really wondering if this could be harming my lungs, though. Should I be considering medication instead?
Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Salbutamol inhaler sos for breathing difficulty.
