I'm experiencing something strange with my breathing. Even though my nasal passages are clear, it feels like there's something blocking my inhalation right from the start. When I tilt my head back, I notice I can inhale more deeply. Is there an actual difference in my breathing when I do that? Also, during exhalation, I feel the air coming out just fine, but could this be a problem for my lungs? Would love some clarity on this.

I'm really worried because the patient just got over COVID about five days ago. I'm trying to find out if they also recovered from COVID pneumonia or if there's still something lingering. Can you help explain how we can know for sure if they're in the clear?

I've been dealing with this cough for almost two weeks now. Initially, it was dry, but in the last three days, it's turned into a wet cough, and I'm able to spit it out. I'm feeling constantly tired and really don't have the energy to get things done. Mornings are especially tough because I can't seem to get up. On top of that, I've been having severe headaches all day long. I'm kind of worried about what's going on. Could you give me some advice on what's happening and what I should do?

I've been dealing with this persistent cough and was put on levofloxocin 500 mg antibiotics for 5 days, but there was no relief, so they switched me to pulmocef 500. Still, the cough hasnt improved at all. I've been tested for TB, and the results were negative, no fever so far, but I do have shivering hands sometimes. I've attached my CT scan reports for reference. Right now, I'm on Tacrolimus 1.75 BD, Cellcept 750 mcg BD, and wysolone 7.5 mg OD. Is there anything else I should be considering or any thoughts on what might be causing this?
