I developed fibrotic bands after having COVID and I'm wondering if it's safe to use TrueBasics Lungs Detox along with Pulmocare powder. I'm a bit worried about whether TrueBasics Lungs Detox might have any side effects. Can you give me some advice on this?

View allI'm dealing with allergic rhinitis and my doctor suggested I get a PFT to see if I have asthma. Lately, I've been having a cough or cold that lasts for about 25 days, even though I'm taking Ebast M almost every day. Is there anything I should do to prepare for the PFT? Should I stop taking Ebast M before the test or is it fine to continue with it?
do pft without taking ebast m

I've just started running, and I'm having some trouble with a thick cough that's building up in my throat, making it hard to breathe. It's this thick white stuff, and I'm a bit concerned since it's only been two days of running. Is this something normal? Could it be related to quitting smoking three months ago? Would love to hear your thoughts.
it might be because of your smoking habits. try working out and start steam inhalation

I'm getting really worried because it's been a month since I caught COVID-19. I was admitted to the hospital on April 23 and discharged on April 28. Lately, I've noticed that about ten days after coming home, I started experiencing sudden drops in my oxygen levels and breathlessness, but only while I'm sleeping. During the day, my oxygen levels are between 95 and 98, which seems normal, but at night they can drop to 80 or even lower. This happens even when I sleep in a prone position. Is this something like Happy Hypoxia? I really need some guidance and help with this.
it is hypoxia ,kindly do chest xray
