I've been having trouble breathing and it feels like I really have to work hard just to inhale properly. I'm also yawning a lot and constantly have this urge to take deep, long breaths, which isn't normal for me. It's kind of worrying. Could this be something serious? What might be going on with my breathing?

View allI've been dealing with asthma since I was 3, and for a while, around when I was 18 or 19, I was doing really well. I was playing football and doing all sorts of activities that aren't typically recommended for asthmatics. But in the last couple of years, I quit playing football, and since then, I've gained weight and my breathing issues have worsened. Now I'm back to relying on my regular medications like Alegra M, the inhaler Salbair, and Formoflow. Lately, I find myself struggling to hold my breath for even half a minute, and I'm going through an inhaler every couple of days. Could you suggest any tips to help me manage my current situation better?

I've been dealing with a breathing issue for the past three months. I can breathe fine through my nose, but when I try using my mouth, it's like I can't get a full breath, and sometimes I feel a pain in my chest. It's been worrying me. Could there be something going on with my lungs or chest that I should get checked out?

I just got my x-ray results back and it says there's prominence of broncho markings in both of my lungs. I'm currently dealing with bronchitis and taking medication for it. Is there a chance this condition could be reversed? Also, I decided to quit smoking right after seeing the x-ray. Would love to know your thoughts on all this!
