I'm 27 and have been dealing with PCOD for the last three years, but in the past six months, my hair loss has gotten really bad. I've heard Ayurveda has some treatments that might help. Are there any specific oils or shampoos in Ayurveda that could help with hair regrowth within a month?

View allI'm dealing with these painful boils between my buttocks, pretty close to the lower area near the anus. It's really painful when I sit and sometimes it even bleeds a little. Could you suggest any home remedies or advice on what I should do about this?
Boils between the buttocks can be painful and uncomfortable. *Home Remedies* 1. *Warm Compresses*: Apply a warm, damp washcloth to the affected area for 10-15 minutes, 3-4 times a day. This can help bring the boil to a head and encourage it to drain. 2. *Tea Tree Oil*: Mix a few drops of tea tree oil with a carrier oil like coconut or olive oil. Apply the mixture to the affected area using a cotton swab. Tea tree oil has antibacterial properties that can help combat infection. 3. *Aloe Vera*: Apply aloe vera gel directly to the affected area. Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce pain and swelling. 4. *Turmeric Paste*: Mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder with enough water to form a paste. Apply the paste to the affected area and leave it on for 30 minutes before rinsing off. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. 5. *Sitz Bath*: Soak in a warm sitz bath for 10-15 minutes, 2-3 times a day. This can help reduce pain and promote healing. *Precautions* 1. *Avoid Squeezing or Popping*: Resist the temptation to squeeze or pop the boil, as this can push bacteria deeper into the skin and lead to further complications. 2. *Keep the Area Clean*: Gently clean the affected area with mild soap and lukewarm water. 3. *Avoid Tight Clothing*: Wear loose, comfortable clothing

I've noticed some scattered black spots near my underarms. They're really itchy and seem to be spreading. It almost looks like these spots are forming beneath the skin. Should I be worried about this? What's going on?
Kozicure cream for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks , at bedtime ,if any side-effects dermat opinion is advised .

I'm experiencing excessive hair fall right from the roots over the past three months, and I'm a bit concerned. I've been eating eggs, almonds (badam), and dates every day, thinking they might help. I've also been using almond oil on my hair daily, but it seems like I lose more hair after applying it. Could the oil be causing this? I don't think I have any dandruff issues. Any advice on what might be going on or what I should try?
Applying oil to the hair can sometimes lead to hair fall if not done properly or if the oil is not suitable for your scalp. Since you are already taking a healthy diet with eggs, almonds (badam), and dates, you may consider adding a biotin supplement to promote hair growth. Additionally, you can try using minoxidil solution on the scalp to help with hair regrowth. Make sure to consult a dermatologist for a proper evaluation and treatment plan.
