I'm 27 and have been dealing with PCOD for the last three years, but in the past six months, my hair loss has gotten really bad. I've heard Ayurveda has some treatments that might help. Are there any specific oils or shampoos in Ayurveda that could help with hair regrowth within a month?

I'm really concerned because I have this red rash on my side, right above my waist. It started off small but has grown bigger. When I looked into it, the symptoms kind of match hives, but it also looks like ringworm. The weird part is that it doesnt really itch. Could this be something serious or is it just a rash that will go away on its own? What should I do about it?

That could be P.versicolor infection, maintain personal hygiene, visit dermatologist for appropriate management.

I'm currently being treated for shingles, and I'm just trying to figure out how serious it is. Is there a quick way to get better, like with an injection or something? And once it clears up, will there be any marks left on my skin?

Not advised injections , continue oral medicines.

I'm struggling with being really thin, almost underweight, and it's been tough because I really want to gain some weight. I've tried things like eating small meals and adding fruit juices, but nothing seems to work. I thought about using a mass gainer like Endura Mass, but every time I use stuff like that or even multivitamins, I get bad acne. I feel like using a mass gainer is my last option, but I'm worried about the acne coming back. Any advice on what I can do?

While mass gainers are an option, it's important to select the right type and ingredients that suit your body. Focus on whole food sources, consider low-acne-risk alternatives for supplements, and maintain good skincare to balance both weight gain and skin health. Consulting professionals for personalized plans is always a good idea.
