I've been using Skineal and other lightening creams since I was 10, but I stopped two years ago. Now, I've noticed that my naturally fair skin depends on these products. How can I stop using them without losing my natural skin color, and is there a safe way to restore it?

I was combing my son's hair today and noticed these small black spots on his scalp. They seem dry and come out with his hair when I comb it harder. He hasn't mentioned any itching or pain, but I'm kind of worried. What could these spots be, and should I do anything about it?
