I'm 27 and have been doing masturbation since I was 13. My testosterone level is only 269 ngml. My hair is thinning all over my body, and the hair roots seem weak. Even my beard is getting thin and gray. It feels like I'm showing signs of premature aging since June 2017. I saw a homeopathic doctor, but haven't seen much improvement in my hair. Is this something that can be fixed? I'm really worried about it. What should I do?

I would recommend starting with a medication called Finasteride at a dose of 1mg daily to help with hair loss. Additionally, you can consider using Minoxidil solution twice daily on the affected areas. These medications can help improve hair growth and thickness. As for your low testosterone levels, you may benefit from Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) under the guidance of a healthcare provider. It's important to follow up regularly with your doctor to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan

View allI'm a 19-year-old female, and I'm currently 4 feet 8 inches tall. I've been wondering if there's still a chance for me to grow taller, especially since my parents aren't very tall either. I'm really hoping to reach around 5 feet 2 inches. Is it possible for me to increase my height at this age? I've tried drinking ashwagandha powder mixed with milk for 15 days, hoping it might help, but I haven't noticed any changes. What should I do and is there anything else that might work? I'm really curious and would appreciate any advice you can offer.

I'm 22 and have always been on the skinny side, no matter how much I eat or try to bulk up. It's been a real struggle for me. I recently heard about cyproheptadine being used for weight gain, but I'm not sure if it's safe or if it'll actually help me put on some weight. Could you tell me more about it?
-Cyproheptadine is sometimes used to stimulate appetite and can help with weight gain, but it should be taken under a doctor's supervision due to potential side effects. It's important to address any underlying health issues that might be affecting your w
