I'm 27 now but had my uterus removed at 25 and gallbladder surgery 2 years ago. Been having mucus in my stool which makes me scared to eat anything - I've gotten really weak and medicines don't seem to help. What could be causing this and how can I improve my condition?

View allI'm experiencing some discomfort and it's making me quite worried. I recently dealt with a lower respiratory infection which is now better, but I've been having these digestion issues since. After I eat, it feels like there's gas building up in my chest. It's strange because there's no pain, just a lot of discomfort. Lately, I've been feeling this tightness or gas build-up in my throat area, or maybe it's the food pipe, again without any pain but really uncomfortable. This tightness is mostly around the lower throat, and sometimes I feel it behind my sternum. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do about it?

I'm dealing with IBS and malnutrition, and every year my CBC shows high lymphocytes. This has been the case for the past 10 years, and I'm really wondering why this keeps happening. Could there be a connection between my IBS, malnutrition, and the high lymphocytes? Is this something to be worried about? I'm looking for some advice on whether there's something specific I should be doing or looking into.
The immune system may be activated in response to inflammation or infection in the gut, leading to an increase in lymphocytes. It's important to address the underlying causes of your IBS and malnutrition to help normalize your lymphocyte levels. It's crucial to consult with your healthcare provider for proper evaluation and management.

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with this acid reflux ever since I quit smoking about a month ago. Its become quite uncomfortable, and sometimes I even have trouble breathing, which gets worse when I try to exercise. Im not sure if there's any medication I could take to ease these symptoms, or if it's important that I visit a hospital right now. Any advice would be really appreciated.
