Non-surgical options like vacuum devices or PRP have limited evidence; surgery remains the only reliable way to increase penile size.

I'm feeling a bit worried because I've been having this needle-like pain in my abdomen, mainly on the right side. I'm not sure if it's appendicitis or something else. One doctor mentioned it could be appendicitis, but another said it might just be gas. Also, I've been told I have a renal calculus that's 0.4 mm in size. What should I do next? Any advice would be great.

I'm feeling really worried about some health issues I'm experiencing. I've tested positive for HSV 1 IgG at 3.9, but my HSV 1 IgM is negative. I had unprotected sex about a year ago and my HIV test has come back negative since then. However, I've been dealing with a burning sensation on my penis and there's also pimples on the glans that aren't water-filled. I'm also experiencing a burning sensation on my tongue. I haven't started any treatment for HSV yet and I'm really concerned because I read online that not treating HSV could possibly lead to HIV in the future. I'm unmarried and this has me wondering if it's safe for me to get married in the future. Lastly, I had a liver sonography that revealed a grade 1 fatty liver about a month ago. Is this related to the HSV? What should I be doing now? I'm really in need of some guidance.
