I'm a 27-year-old female and I've been frequently checking my SpO2 levels because of shortness of breath, which I've had since August. Most times, it reads between 96-98, but sometimes it dips to 93 for a second and then goes back to 95 or 97. Is this something normal? I'm also getting sweaty and don't have a fever or anything, but I am kind of worried. Can you help me understand if these are typical readings and if I should be concerned about these symptoms?

View allMy dad's really struggling with his COPD. He can barely walk 20 meters without having trouble breathing. He's taking Trinose, Montelukast, Acebrophylline, and Finofixodine tablets, plus an inhaler, but it doesnt seem to be helping much. Is there anything else we can try or do for better relief? Its really worrying me.

I noticed that both yesterday and today, while I was drinking water, I had a cough that caused a mild pain in the left side of my chest, right under the collarbone. It lasted for about 2 to 3 minutes after I coughed. What could this be? Should I be worried about this kind of pain occurring every time I drink?

I'm kind of worried about my chest X-ray results. It says there's increased bronchovascular markings and the hila is prominent. Is this a normal finding, or should I be concerned about any potential issues? I'm not really sure what it all means and would really appreciate some clarity.
