I'm really worried because I've been struggling with shortness of breath for the past six months, especially at night, and it's making it impossible for me to sleep. I had a pulmonary test and they mentioned something about pneumobilia. Can you explain what that is and what might be causing this?

My wife is 27 and she's been getting treatment for MTB at a government hospital for the last six months. She initially tested positive for rimpfacin resistance after having tuberculous pleural effusion. In her most recent USG, the radiologist mentioned minimal septated pleural effusion with focal pleural thickening. Should we stick with the current treatment plan, or could this be more serious and maybe require a different approach?

continue same medication

I've been dealing with pleural tuberculosis and have just finished my first two months of treatment. The fluid buildup started clearing up once I began treatment, but I'm still experiencing a mild fever in the evenings, around 99.3, that lasts until I go to bed. I'm kind of worried and really want to know when this fever might finally disappear, especially since I'm having trouble reaching my doctor with everything shut down. Any advice on what might be going on or what I should do next?

fever will be relieved almost after 2 months, take tablet dolo 650mg

I'm dealing with an itchy throat and a tight feeling in my chest for the past four months. I've tried acidity meds, but nothing seems to work. I'm wondering if spondylitis could be causing these issues. I also feel like my anxiety has ramped up because of the whole COVID situation, which might be making it worse. And sometimes, it feels like I can't take deep breaths properly. Could you please give me some advice?

no spondylitis will not cause above symptoms, take steam inhalation
