I'm really worried because I've been struggling with shortness of breath for the past six months, especially at night, and it's making it impossible for me to sleep. I had a pulmonary test and they mentioned something about pneumobilia. Can you explain what that is and what might be causing this?

View allWhy am I still feeling this pain? I had a pleural effusion back in November 2017, and had thoracentesis done twice. All the tests came back negative and my doctor said it was viral. Now it's March 2018, and I'm still experiencing pain starting from my back moving up to my side and into my chest, especially when I cough, yawn, or take a deep breath. I'm really worried about why it's not getting better. Any ideas?
