I'm a 27-year-old guy and I've had this lump inside my left chest for over two years now. It's pretty weird because I can feel it when I touch it, and it hurts then, but otherwise, there's no pain. The size hasn't changed, and there aren't any other symptoms. I'm not on any medication, but I'm really worried it might be a tumor. Any idea what this could be?

View allMy mom was diagnosed with colon cancer and had a laparoscopic low anterior resection surgery. The biopsy shows tumor deposits one in number but no lymph nodes involved out of 16 examined. The tumor is moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma, pT3 pN1c. Since there's a tumor deposit but no lymph node involvement, does she still need chemo?
oncologist opinion is advised.

my mother has stage 3A breast cancer and is getting treatment at SGPGIMS but the doctors aren't clear about how many chemo cycles she'll need they mentioned maybe 10 cycles but does that mean 5 before surgery and 5 after or something else also they said it could go beyond 10 if her body responds well is there no standard number of cycles for different cancer stages and which hospital would be best for breast cancer treatment

I'm really curious if there's a single test that can detect all types of cancer in the body. It would be amazing if something like that exists, but is it possible? How reliable would it be, and could it miss any forms of cancer?
NO
