I'm 28 and I've been struggling with acidity for quite a while now. It's really becoming a constant issue. Any ideas on how to get rid of it? Also, I've been noticing my body temperature stays around 98.5F and one time it went up to 98.7F. Is that something to worry about or is it normal? I measured it with a digital thermometer under my arm, just wondering if that's close to being a fever.

Elevated WBC (11.8k) and platelet count (11.5 lakh) without fever or injury can be caused by:
Stress response Infection (viral or bacterial) Inflammation (e.g., arthritis) Medications (e.g., steroids) Bone marrow stimulation Other underlying medical conditions

View allI'm kind of worried about my throat. A couple of months ago, it was burning a lot, so I had an endoscopy done, and the doctor said it was a sliding hiatus hernia. Even after that, my throat kept burning, so I saw an ENT specialist who mentioned it might be a vocal cord problem. The burning has stopped now, but I've noticed the back of my throat looks red, and I occasionally feel irritated or have to sneeze. What do you think might be going on? Is there something specific I should be checking or doing to make sure everything's okay?

I've been having this really sharp pain on the left side of my abdomen since yesterday, and its honestly freaking me out a bit. My CT scan today showed something about bowel thickening and pericolic fat stranding in the descending colon on the left iliac fossa. I'm really curious and a bit worried about what might cause this kind of issue usually and what the general treatment might be. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I've had three endoscopies and the reports show a hiatal hernia. Right now I'm on Sompraz L and don't have burning sensations, but my chest feels really heavy and uncomfortable. The cardiologist checked me for chest pain and all tests even the chest X-ray came back normal with no heart issues. Still, the chest pain won't go away. Do I need surgery for the hiatal hernia or is there another way to manage this?
