I'm a 29-year-old guy dealing with allergic rhinitis, and now it's progressed to allergic asthma. I had a chest X-ray, which was normal, but my AEC count came back high. A few days ago, I had a really severe breathing problem, and my doctor put me on Airtec SF 250, ABphylline SR 200 mg, and Montair FX. These have helped a little, but I'm still feeling some breathing issues. I'm wondering if it'll take some time for the symptoms to fully settle down, or if there's anything else I could be taking to feel better. Could you give me some advice?

Continue all the medications .ab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice .Salbutomol inhaler sos for breathing difficulty is advised to the patient.

I've been having trouble with shortness of breath and a dry cough, especially when I'm talking or laughing. I saw a doctor and was given some meds for three days: Zifi LBX, Maxtra Cold, Nelson, and Corex cough syrup. But I'm still dealing with the same issues. What should I do now? That could be due to chronic pharyngitis,visit general physician for evaluationa and appropriate management and also do salt water gargling and take luke warm water
