I'm a 29-year-old guy dealing with allergic rhinitis, and now it's progressed to allergic asthma. I had a chest X-ray, which was normal, but my AEC count came back high. A few days ago, I had a really severe breathing problem, and my doctor put me on Airtec SF 250, ABphylline SR 200 mg, and Montair FX. These have helped a little, but I'm still feeling some breathing issues. I'm wondering if it'll take some time for the symptoms to fully settle down, or if there's anything else I could be taking to feel better. Could you give me some advice?

View allSo, I've been having some issues with thick sputum lately, and recently I've noticed a few blood spots in it, which is a bit unsettling. I went ahead and did a sputum culture test, and it came back saying I have positive gram cocci in pairs. Could you help me understand what this means? I'm a bit concerned about what this might indicate for my health.
it means you are infected with bacteria ,take antibiotics

I'm dealing with some chest pain that's been bothering me since January. I've done an ECG, echo, TMT, chest X-ray, and sputum test, and everything came back normal. The pain has decreased a bit since then, but it's still there. Plus, every morning at around 5 am, phlegm comes up, and I notice a bit of a cough when I exercise. Also, my chest starts getting irritated when I sit in an A.C. environment. Could you suggest some precautions or any advice on what might help? I'm really looking for some guidance here.
Salbutomol inhaler and budesonide 200 sos is advised for breathing difficulty.

I've been dealing with this annoying throat irritation and wet cough with phlegm for a while now. I've already tried all kinds of antibiotics, but nothing seems to help. One doctor prescribed Prednisolone, and it made me feel better while I was on it, but as soon as I stopped, all the symptoms came back, like the phlegm and weird throat sounds while I'm sleeping. Im trying to figure out why it keeps coming back. Could there be something else going on that's causing these symptoms to persist?
