I'm having trouble breathing and can't seem to get air through my nose for a while now, so I've been breathing through my mouth instead. But lately, even that's becoming tough and I feel like I have to take big breaths just to get enough oxygen. What's going on with this?

I've been having trouble with my breathing when I walk. It feels like I'm not taking full breaths, and there's this heaviness in my chest.
