I've been noticing a strange sensation whenever I take a deep breath, like something's moving in my windpipe. I've checked multiple times and even had an X-ray, which didn't show anythingjust air. I do deal with a lot of gas in my bowels. Could it be gas moving in my windpipe, or is it something else? There's no mucus or phlegm coming out, so Im not sure whats going on. Any thoughts?

View allI've been dealing with congestion, a lot of phlegm, and a cough for about 10 days now. I took a COVID test right when these symptoms started, and it came back negative. I've been steaming about 6 to 7 times a day, but things aren't really getting betterthey're just staying the same. What should I do next?

I'm wondering when during the day I should be checking my blood oxygen levels. I've got an oximeter at home, but I'm not sure how often or what times are best to use it. Could you give me some guidance on this?
-Hi, it's generally recommended to check blood oxygen levels 2-3 times a dayonce in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once before bed. You can also check if you feel short of breath or dizzy, or if you're monitoring a specific health condition.

I've been dealing with this cough and some phlegm in my throat, but oddly, there's no fever or cold symptoms along with it. It's just the cough thats bugging me, even after one round of antibiotics. I dont cough all the time, but I can definitely feel that there's phlegm there. What's going on here? Should I be concerned or doing something different?
