I'm a 29-year-old guy dealing with phimosis and a really tight foreskin. Is there any way to treat this without having to go through surgery? I'd prefer non-surgical options if possible

Yes, there are non-surgical ways to treat phimosis, a condition where the foreskin is too tight to retract. Topical steroid creams and gentle stretching exercises can often be effective, especially in less severe cases.

View allI've got a bit of an issue. During sex, my penis got hurt by my partner's pubic hair, and now I've got some cuts on the skin. I've been using that tbact ointment, but it's not really helping. There's some swelling too. What should I do?

My husband and I recently got married, and he's been experiencing early discharge issues. I'm really concerned and wondering what might be causing this and what steps we can take to address it. Would love some guidance!

The USG scan showed a 5.2 mm kidney stone in my left kidney with slight hydroureteronephrosis and I've been having terrible pain. The doctor prescribed antibiotics but I'm worried can this stone pass on its own with just medication or will I need surgery?
A 5.2 mm kidney stone with hydroureteronephrosis may pass spontaneously but due to pain and obstruction signs, medical and sometimes surgical help is needed.
