I'm a 30-year-old guy and I've been dealing with this weird recurring fever thing for the past couple of years. Basically, every month or two I start feeling feverishsometimes there's a bit of a cold and a headache along with it. The fever isn't super high but it goes away with anti-pyretics after 4 to 6 days. At first, I thought it might be allergies but that doesnt seem to be the case. I've been to quite a few doctors and done tons of tests, but they just treat the fever and tell me there's nothing wrong. I'm kinda stuck and don't know what to do next. Could it be something thats just not showing up in the usual tests?

I've been having fever on and off for the past few weeks. Initially, I was diagnosed with typhoid on May 11th and started a 10-day course of antibiotics, which seemed to work at first. But just a week after finishing the medication, the fever returned, and I tried some home remedies, which only temporarily controlled it.
