I'm a 30-year-old guy and I've been dealing with this weird recurring fever thing for the past couple of years. Basically, every month or two I start feeling feverishsometimes there's a bit of a cold and a headache along with it. The fever isn't super high but it goes away with anti-pyretics after 4 to 6 days. At first, I thought it might be allergies but that doesnt seem to be the case. I've been to quite a few doctors and done tons of tests, but they just treat the fever and tell me there's nothing wrong. I'm kinda stuck and don't know what to do next. Could it be something thats just not showing up in the usual tests?

View allI'm really concerned about having a fever every evening for the past two months. It never goes above 100 degrees in the evenings but stays under 98.6 in the morning and during the day. I consulted a pulmonologist and had a chest contrast CT scan. The results showed small calcified left hilar lymph nodes. Could this be causing my evening fever? I'm also starting to feel weak and tired with my daily activities. Could you give me some insight into what's going on?
do TB test , there are many factors for fever not only lung infection
