I'm a 30-year-old guy and I've been dealing with this weird recurring fever thing for the past couple of years. Basically, every month or two I start feeling feverishsometimes there's a bit of a cold and a headache along with it. The fever isn't super high but it goes away with anti-pyretics after 4 to 6 days. At first, I thought it might be allergies but that doesnt seem to be the case. I've been to quite a few doctors and done tons of tests, but they just treat the fever and tell me there's nothing wrong. I'm kinda stuck and don't know what to do next. Could it be something thats just not showing up in the usual tests?

I've been having this sharp pain in the right side of my chest, kind of around the upper chest near the ribs or maybe just below. It started yesterday morning and sometimes it feels like a stabbing sensation when I breathe. These cramps come and go all day, and I must feel them around 35 times a day. The rest of the time, there's just this discomfort. I'm getting pretty worried. What could this be, and should I do something about it?

I'm really worried because I've been getting a high fever and shivering every 12 hours. Every time I take paracetamol, the fever and shivering go away for a while, but then it just comes back. I recently took a COVID test and it was negative. Why do I keep getting this intermittent fever? After taking paracetamol, I always end up sweating, and then the fever goes down. What could be causing this?

I've been running a fever since last night and took sumo tablets twice, but it hasn't gone away. Should I start taking an antibiotic along with the sumo, or just stick to the sumo for now? I'm not sure what's best.
