I'm a 30-year-old guy, and my family doctor recently mentioned HIMCOLIN GEL to me because I sometimes struggle to keep an erection during sex. I'm wondering how regularly I can use it without any issues. Are there any side effects I should be aware of?

Himcolin gel can be applied about 30 minutes before intercourse as needed, but avoid using it more than once daily. It is generally safe, but some may experience mild skin irritation or burning. If discomfort persists or worsens, stop use and consult your doctor.

View allWhen I'm soft, my foreskin pulls back easily, but when I'm hard, it only goes halfway down the head and hurts if I try to pull it further. Could this cause issues during sex? Is there a way to fix it without surgery?
This condition could indicate phimosis. Stretching creams or manual techniques may help; surgery like preputioplasty or circumcision is done if needed.

I'm having trouble lasting more than a few minutes during sex before I ejaculate. I'm really hoping for some advice on how I might extend that time to around 35 minutes so I can enjoy it more. Can you help me with this?

I found out I have a grade III varicocele in my right testicle after a Doppler scan was done because I had some pain there a few months back. The doctor mentioned I might need surgery. I'm feeling a bit worried about not treating it. Can there be any side effects if I leave it as is? Would not having the surgery impact anything long-term?
surgical management is best
