I'm 31 and had my first IUI on August 17th. I had four follicles around 21-24mm and my husband's sperm count was 110 million. Now it's the fifth day post-IUI and I'm feeling mild cramping in my lower back and abdomen, similar to period cramps, but my period isn't due until September 4th. Should I be concerned about these symptoms or schedule a visit with my gynecologist?

The mild cramping you're experiencing five days post-IUI is likely due to ovulation or implantation, but to confirm and alleviate concerns, schedule a follow-up appointment with your gynaecologist around 14-16 days post-IUI for a pregnancy test
