I'm 31 years old and I've noticed a fatty tissue under my right armpit. It's not a lipoma, so I'm not sure what it is or what I should do about it. Can you help me figure out what steps to take next?

I've been dealing with this jock itch on my inner thighs for the past year, and its really bugging me. It seemed to clear up for a bit but then keeps coming back.
