I've been dealing with this jock itch on my inner thighs for the past year, and its really bugging me. It seemed to clear up for a bit but then keeps coming back. Sometimes the itching is just unbearable. Ive tried Ayurveda treatments and also used candid and fluconazole. Right now, Im using foredom, which helps suppress it, but sometimes it feels like it suddenly makes things worse. What should I do about this?

I've been using Betnovate cream for nearly two weeks, and instead of improving, the pimples and marks on my face have gotten much worse. I don't usually have acne, but I do have some pimple marks on my face, and my skin is really sensitive and oily. Could this cream be making things worse? What should I do now?
