I've been having a really tough time with seborrheic dermatitis and this constant itchiness for about a month now. It's getting really uncomfortable, and I'm not sure what to do. Can you recommend some effective treatments or medications to help me out with this?

I've been using Betnovate cream for nearly two weeks, and instead of improving, the pimples and marks on my face have gotten much worse.
