I've been having a really tough time with seborrheic dermatitis and this constant itchiness for about a month now. It's getting really uncomfortable, and I'm not sure what to do. Can you recommend some effective treatments or medications to help me out with this?

I've been dealing with allergic eruptions ever since I was a kid. Recently, I found out I have psoriasis and eczema on my joints like my ankles, elbows, and knees.
