I'm 32 and have very small breasts I'd like to increase their size naturally without surgery. Are there any proven treatments or methods that actually work? I'm looking for something effective and safe.

Natural methods like breast massage, fenugreek, or Ayurveda have limited results—no proven non-surgical way to enlarge.

Low testosterone can be managed with gel or injections; consult endocrinologist for hormone levels and mental health evaluation.

I'm really curious about Ashwagandha and if it can actually help someone grow taller. Are there any side effects I should be worried about? Also, are there any home therapies you would recommend for increasing height?
Ashwagandha is an herb that is commonly used in traditional medicine for various health benefits, but there is no scientific evidence to support the claim that it can increase a person's height. As for side effects, Ashwagandha is generally considered safe for most people when taken in appropriate doses. However, some people may experience side effects such as upset stomach, diarrhea, and vomiting. There is no proven home therapy to increase height. Height is largely determined by genetics and factors such as nutrition and overall health during childhood and adolescence. If you have concerns about your height, it is best to consult with a healthcare provider for personalized advice.

I'm really worried about my TSH level, which is at 36.28. I've felt super depressed and can't stop wanting to eat more. I'm currently on a 100 mcg tablet, but should I be thinking about increasing it? I try to exercise daily for about 30 to 40 minutes. Since I'm staying in a hostel, what kind of food choices should I be making to help get my thyroid under control? Also, I can't seem to lose any weight. Any advice?
