I'm 33 and unmarried, recently diagnosed with a complex ovarian cyst measuring 8.3 x 4.3 cm. My doctor recommended surgery but I'm really hoping to treat it with medication instead. Is that possible? What options do I have? I'm worried about surgery and want to explore other treatments first.

I've been worried about traveling on the bumpy roads in Bangalore since I'm 22 weeks pregnant. I need to travel 14km each way to work by bus, and it feels like there's a jerk, pothole, or bump every 10 seconds. I'm quite anxious and would appreciate any advice you could share.

Yes you are not supposed to travel on such roads, better to avoid if not , that could lead to serious problems

And on top of that, I had an abortion using pills in February. Could either of these situations possibly affect the health of my baby?

-It's understandable to feel worried, but the i-pill is unlikely to affect your pregnancy since it was taken early on, and it generally doesn't harm a developing baby. As for the past abortion, it typically doesn't impact your current pregnancy, but it's
