I've been worried about traveling on the bumpy roads in Bangalore since I'm 22 weeks pregnant. I need to travel 14km each way to work by bus, and it feels like there's a jerk, pothole, or bump every 10 seconds. I chose the bus over a car or auto thinking it would be smoother, but the bumps still seem pretty intense. Could this be harmful or cause any complications? I'm quite anxious and would appreciate any advice you could share.

My wife is in her 10th week of pregnancy and has been prescribed ONDEM MD 4 to help with nausea and vomiting. Ondem MD 4, containing ondansetron, is generally considered safe for pregnant women to manage nausea and vomiting, but should be used under medical supervision; taking a double dose by mistake may cause side effects like headaches, dizziness, or constipation, but these are usually mild and temporary

I'm a bit confused about what to do next after getting a result from a home pregnancy test. Is it really necessary to get a blood test to confirm the pregnancy, or is the home test usually reliable enough? I'm just trying to figure out the best steps to take.

I'm planning a week-long trip to Goa and I'm worried because my period is supposed to start around the same time. I really want to enjoy the beach without any hassle. Is there a safe way to delay my period for this trip? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You can consider taking Norethisterone (brand name Regestrone) to delay your periods. It is a commonly used medication for period delay. Remember to consult with your doctor before starting any medication.
