I have bilateral hemorrhagic cysts in both ovaries 3.2 cm on the right and 5.2 cm on the left and my ovaries are bulky. My periods are regular with a 30-day cycle, but I'm not getting pregnant. Could these cysts be the reason? Can they be treated with medicine or will I need surgery?
