I'm 33 weeks pregnant and my uterine artery flow is decreased with an AFL range of 2.2 can I wait another 15 days or will I need surgery soon?

There's also another similar mass, though smaller, about 16x15mm, in the anterior uterine wall. Could you explain what this means, and should I be concerned about these masses? What might this indicate about my health?

I took misoprostol earlier in the day around 11:30 am and noticed a bit of spotting. If I push a bit, I get some bleeding, but it's not heavy at all. I've been using the candid vaginal suppository that my gynecologist prescribed for a couple of days. I apply it at night, but by morning I notice a heavy white discharge. Is this the medicine coming out, and is it normal?
That could be the fungal discharge,medicine would get absorbed as soon as its placed,continue the treatment suggested by your doctor.
