I'm a 33-year-old guy who rides a bike to work every day. Lately, I've been dealing with some back and neck pain that comes and goes. Could my posture be playing a role in causing this neck pain? And are there any exercises I could try to help relieve it?

Also, is ozone therapy supposed to be a permanent solution? Just trying to understand what to expect.
yes it is normal, if you are having severe pain you can refer to your respective doctor
