I'm a 33-year-old guy who rides a bike to work every day. Lately, I've been dealing with some back and neck pain that comes and goes. Could my posture be playing a role in causing this neck pain? And are there any exercises I could try to help relieve it?

Yes it's because of wrong posture as well as traveling with sudden speed up and down. Start pain Management first .

View allI've been having these annoying muscle spasms for the last couple of days in that V-cut area of my lower abdomen, you know, where it leads down to the pelvis. It's a bit strange because they always seem to happen in the same spot unless I'm lying on my right side, then they shift to the middle of my lower abdomen. I talked to a neurologist friend of the family, and they mentioned it might be due to a stretched muscle, but I don't really feel any pain there. Just wondering if that sounds right to you or if it could be something else?
