I'm 33 years old and really struggling with asthma and some gastro issues. Plus, I'm quite overweight at 91 kg, and I think dropping about 20 kg might help with the asthma. Do you have any advice or can you recommend any medicine or tablets that would be suitable for me?

View allI'm a 20-year-old female dealing with active pulmonary tuberculosis, and I've been on treatment for about 1.5 months now. The doctor said my x-ray shows that 70% of my lung is damaged, and there are large cavities. I'm having severe white-colored cough that just won't quit, and I'm exhausted all the timeI can't even stand without feeling the need to sit down. Any exercise or even short walks wipe me out completely. Given that I've been on medication for a while now, shouldn't the severe cough have improved by now? Is there any chance my lungs can heal and return to their previous state without cavities? And this tirednesscould it be a side effect of the anti-tuberculosis medicine I'm on?
yes your tiredness us because of tuberculosis medicine, take highly nutritious food. after proper treatment your lungs will become normal

I'm wondering if it's alright to keep an oxygen cylinder hooked up to my family member overnight since they're dealing with low oxygen saturation because of COVID. I'm a bit worried thoughcan breathing in too much oxygen from the cylinder be harmful? They're also experiencing breathlessness, which is why we've set up the oxygen at home.

I'm really worried about my dad, he's 62 and he's been coughing up quite a lot of blood, like 300 to 500 ml. He had TB treatment about 25 years ago, and now it seems like scars in his right lung have reactivated. Theyre even suggesting he might need his right lung removed. The scan shows segmental consolidation in the right lower lobe, multiple emphysematous bullae in the right upper and lower lobes, and some pleural thickening in the lower hemithorax. What does all this mean, and what should we do next? Is removing the lung really necessary, or are there other options?
