I'm 35 and for the past five years, I've been dealing with these painful bumps with pus on my scalp, which the doctors say is scalp folliculitis. I attached some images to show what's been going on. I've already seen a dermatologist, but I'm still struggling to find relief. I've tried a bunch of medicines and shampoos like Isotrian 10 mg, T.Bact Shampoo, 8X Shampoo, Limcee Tablet, Cap Doxt 100 mg, Salisia KT Shampoo, Metasone F Cream, Pantop 40, Gudcef CV, Amoxyclavunate 625 mg, Ultiderm Lotion, Cadid TV Shampoo, Monoz 500 mg, Flutican200, Sporolac, Septran Tablet, Isotroin 20 mg, and Trigaine Shampoo, but nothing seems to work. Can you please suggest the best tablets or shampoos that might help with this?

It sounds like you have been dealing with scalp folliculitis for quite some time despite trying various medications. Based on the medications you have listed, I would recommend continuing with T.BACT SHAMPOO for its antibacterial properties to help with the infection in the hair follicles. Additionally, you can try using SALISIA KT SHAMPOO to help reduce inflammation and itching on the scalp. For oral medications, you can continue with CAP DOXT 100 MG for its antibiotic properties. In addition, you can try ISOTROIN 20 MG to help regulate oil production in the skin and prevent clogged pores. It's important to follow the prescribed dosages for each medication and to be consistent with your treatment regimen. If you experience any severe side effects or if the condition does not improve, it would be best to follow up with your dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I'm a bit worried because I developed a painful lump under my right armpit after waxing. It disappeared with some antibiotic cream, but I still feel a light pain there. I'm really anxious about whether this could affect my breast area. Could you advise me on which specialist I should see about this?

I've noticed that my beard growth is really sparse, which means I can only manage a French cut style. I'm curious if there's any good medicine out there that can help with this. Any suggestions on what I can try?

To enhance beard growth, consider the following: _Medications_ 1. _Minoxidil (Rogaine)_: Topical solution to stimulate hair growth. 2. _Finasteride (Propecia)_: Oral medication to promote hair growth, but may have side effects. _Supplements_ 1. _Biotin_: Supports hair growth and strengthens hair follicles. 2. _Vitamin D_: Essential for overall health, including hair growth. 3. _Fish oilOmega-3_: Nourishes the skin and promotes hair growth. _Natural Remedies_ 1. _Castor oil massage_: Stimulates hair growth and reduces inflammation. 2. _Rosemary essential oil_: Improves circulation, promoting hair growth. 3. _Amla oil_: Nourishes the hair follicles, promoting growth.

Can you recommend a good fairness cream for skin whitening that's suitable for acne-prone skin and won't break the bank? I have dry skin that gets oily in the summer. I'm using Retin-A 0.025% and azelaic acid right now. I'm hoping to improve my skin texture, and I'd really appreciate your advice!

For fairness and skin whitening cream suitable for acne-prone skin with a combination of dry and oily skin, I recommend using "Cetaphil Pro Dermacontrol Oil Absorbing Moisturizer SPF 30". This moisturizer is non-comedogenic, lightweight, and helps to control oil production while providing sun protection. Additionally, you can consider using "Kojic Acid Cream" to help lighten dark spots and enhance skin texture. Make sure to apply the moisturizer in the morning and the kojic acid cream at night for best results.
