I'm a 35-year-old guy working as a software engineer with regular hours from 10 AM to 7 PM in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Each summer, I'm dealing with this burning sensation on the top of my right foot, just behind my toes. It's weird because it only happens when I'm trying to sleep, causing me to wake up sometimes in the middle of the night. Any idea what could be causing this or how to get rid of it?

My herpes report came back negative, which is great, but I'm a bit confused about something. My IgM level is 0.1 and my IgG level is 0.4, not at zero. What could these levels mean? Should I be concerned about these results even though the test is negative?
