I've been struggling with acne vulgaris for quite a while now. I've been using Screen 70, Zyclin Nanogel, and Adalene Nanogel for a year, but I haven't seen much improvement. Do you think cutting out dairy could help? And is Skinlite cream a good option for dealing with acne scars?

View allI'm experiencing a hair fall issue, and one of the doctors suggested I take Dutas capsules for 3 months. But I've read about some side effects, and they're mentioning that it could lead to impotence. Should I give it a try or not? I'm a bit confused and would really appreciate your advice.
side effects include nausea, headache etc , continue all the medications ..

I've had these little white spots or bumps on the inside of my thighs for about 10 days now, and they're super itchy. I've tried using calamine lotion, but it doesn't seem to be helping at all. They aren't exactly pimples, just these annoying white spots. Any idea what might be causing this or how I can get some relief?
Based on your description, a fungal infection like tinea cruris or irritation from sweatfriction is likely. Start with an antifungal cream and maintain good hygiene. If it doesnt improve within a week or worsens, consult a dermatologist for a precise diagnosis and stronger medications,
