I'm 37 and have been dealing with severe acne for years. My doctor put me on Sotret 20 mg, but I'm also experiencing hair fall. He advised me to try Adgain for it. I'm a bit concerned and curious if it's safe to take both Adgain and Sotret together. Will there be any negative effects?

View allSo I've been using this Alpha Arbutin serum for almost 78 days now to help with pigmentation and dark spots around my lips. It's from this brand called The Minimalist. I usually get breakouts now and then, but I've noticed since using it, I'm getting more red pimples with white stuff inside. Do you think the serum could be causing this? Or is it just a coincidence? I'm just really curious if I should stop using it or if there might be another cause.
stop using it and consult a healthcare professional to get an accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

I've noticed I've got several black dark spots on my penis and scrotum. I'm not married and haven't been sexually active at all. The spots don't itch or bleed, but I'm a bit concerned. What could be causing them and should I be worried about this?
That could be keratosis pilaris ,maintain personal hygiene, apply moisturizer twice a day,it takes time to hela but will be cured no need to worry.
