So I've been using this Alpha Arbutin serum for almost 78 days now to help with pigmentation and dark spots around my lips. It's from this brand called The Minimalist. I've noticed I've got several black dark spots on my penis and scrotum. I'm not married and haven't been sexually active at all. The spots don't itch or bleed, but I'm a bit concerned. What could be causing them and should I be worried about this?

That could be keratosis pilaris ,maintain personal hygiene,apply moisturizer twice a day,it takes time to hela but will be cured no need to worry.
