I'm dealing with this red, ring-like rash and it's really itchy in my groin area. I just realized I used the same pad from my last period. Could this be the cause of the rash and itching? I'm kinda worried and not sure what to do. What do you think?

You may be experiencing contact dermatitis or a yeast infection due to using the same pad, so try switching to a new pad, practice good hygiene, and apply a topical cream, but if the rash persists, consult a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and treatment.

View allI'm thinking about starting this new treatment and it says to apply it at night. Should I be doing this every night? Also, how often do I need to shampoo my hair? I'm wondering if it's okay to just head to work the next day without washing my hair after applying it at night. Would love some advice on how to fit this into my routine!

I'm really worried because I found this circular indentation on my chest, and now I have these reddish spots on my skin. There's a bit of pain, and I'm also having trouble breathing and swallowing properly. It's starting to freak me out. What could this be, and should I be really concerned about it?
if you had any injury recently in that area , get a chest xray done and proceed

I've recently had a keratin treatment done on my hair, and now I'm dealing with some dandruff issues. I'm considering using Ketomac anti-dandruff shampoo, but I'm worried. Is it safe to use this shampoo on my keratin-treated hair, or could it potentially affect the treatment?
you can use it no problem.
