I'm 37 and my doctor said I have a bulky uterus measuring 119x63x53mm. Should I consider surgery or are there other treatment options for this? I've missed my period and found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant, even though we used protection. I'm not in a position to raise a baby right now. A friend with an MBBS degree advised me to confirm the pregnancy with a scan and then take mifepristone orally, followed by 4 misoprostol tablets vaginally after 24 hours. But I haven't experienced any bleeding yet. After another 24 hours, I took 2 more misoprostol vaginally and 2 orally. Still, there's no bleeding, just some tissue passing and a few drops of a dirty white liquid. Can you help me understand what's happening?
