I'm a 40-year-old male considering taking BIO D3 MAX capsules. I'm not sure what the right dose is, and I'm wondering if this should be a daily thing. Can you advise on how I should take them?

Tablet Bio d3 MAX is advised in case of joint damage, low calcium levels etc . If advised by the physician u can continue the medication.

I've been feeling some pain in my lower right ribs whenever I breathe, cough, or sneeze. It's especially noticeable when I try to take long, deep breaths. What could be causing this? Should I be worried?
