I'm 50 and used to be addicted to alcohol, but I quit completely a year ago. For the past three months, I've been dealing with loose motions about 4 to 5 times a day. I saw a doctor and did all sorts of tests like ultrasound, blood, and stool tests. Everything came back normal no kidney issues, no diabetes, just a minor fatty liver. My hemoglobin levels are low. Could low hemoglobin be the reason for these loose motions? Also, I've been on high blood pressure medications for 25 years. I'm not sure what to do next or if there are other tests I should consider. Any advice?

Its unlikely that low hemoglobin alone is causing your loose motions, but it could contribute to overall weakness. Since you have a history of high blood pressure and fatty liver, its important to follow up with your doctor for further tests, like checking for gastrointestinal issues or infections, and possibly adjusting your medication. Staying hydrated and maintaining a balanced diet will also help.

Is it possible to treat piles with medications alone without needing surgery? I've been dealing with discomfort and bleeding, and I'm worried about going under the knife. What are the best non-surgical options available?

I've been having trouble with my stomach not getting clean in the mornings, and it's making me feel really uncomfortable all day. There's this constant feeling of nausea and my stomach just feels off with a lot of gas. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?
For your symptoms, you can try taking Pantoprazole along with Domperidone. Additionally, you can take Simethicone for gas relief.
