I'm 6 weeks pregnant and dealing with a really bad dry cough. I don't have any symptoms like a cold or a runny nose, just this persistent dry cough. I'm a bit worried about what cough syrup is safe for me to take during pregnancy. Any advice on what I should use?

I'm 31 and had my first IUI on August 17th. I had four follicles around 21-24mm and my husband's sperm count was 110 million.
