I'm 65 years old and just got my X-ray results back. Everything looked normal, but it mentioned that both hila are congested. What's that mean? Should I be concerned? I don't have any breathing problems, just a rib fracture on my 7th rib.

My local chest specialist gave me some anxiety meds, and they help a bit but not fully. I've had ECHO and TMT tests in the past 14 months to check for heart problems, but they came back normal. Sometimes sleeping helps, but other times it gets worse when I'm trying to sleep. I'm feeling really restrictedI can't exercise or playand it's frustrating not knowing the root cause, which means I'm not really getting treated for it. Can you suggest what steps I could take or what might be going on?
