I'm 84 and I've been experiencing some discomfort on the right side of the back of my head. It feels like there's a noise or something going on inside. I already did a scan and it came back with Diffuse Cerebral Atrophy. I'm currently in Baharampur, W.B. and I'm just not sure what steps I should take next. Could you please advise me on what I should do?

I've been experiencing these weird sensations, like tingling or something crawling on my chest and abdomen. This all started after I injured my upper lower back and hip about 8 years ago during a stunt. Since then, I've had constant issues with pain in my lower and upper back, shoulders, and even my biceps. There's also numbness in my middle toe, and my shoulders make this clicking noise whenever I raise my arm. Plus, I've noticed that my lower back and hip areas have gotten darker. Oh, and I've got a hookworm infection too. I'm really concerned if this is more about a parasite issue or if it's related to my nerves.
