I'm about 8 weeks pregnant, and my doctor has given me a prescription for Fertigyn 5000IU. Im kinda worried because I read somewhere that it's not usually prescribed when youre pregnant. Is it really safe to use this?

View allI have a 10.48.2 cm fibroid on the posterior wall of my uterus and my doctor recommended surgery. I'm 25, married, and planning for a baby this year. Will the surgery affect my chances of getting pregnant? Is there any way to treat this without surgery?
A fibroid of that size on the posterior uterine wall can affect pregnancy, depending on its location and symptoms. Surgery (myomectomy) can improve your chances of conceiving by removing the fibroid, but recovery time is needed before trying. Some smaller fibroids can be managed medically or with less invasive procedures, but at your size, surgery is often recommended. Discuss fertility-preserving options with your doctor before deciding.

I've recently had a medical termination and after 15 days, I found out there are retained products. My doctor used 2 tablets to help but I'm only feeling lower back pain and no other symptoms. How long until bleeding starts? Can retained products be expelled through bleeding, or will they come out with my period? Is it safe to wait until my next period for them to pass? I'm really worried and would appreciate some advice.

I'm two months pregnant and having a hard time drinking water. Is it okay if I drink Electral powder with water every day instead? I'm really concerned about staying hydrated.
It's generally safe to drink Electral (oral rehydration solution) in moderation during pregnancy if you're having trouble drinking plain water. It helps maintain hydration and electrolyte balance, but it's important not to overdo it. If you're concerned, it's always best to consult your doctor.
