I'm about 10 weeks pregnant, and earlier today I drank lemon juice with some soaked sabja, basil seeds. Later, I found out that maybe it's not safe to have sabja while pregnant. Is it true? Should I be worried about having it just this once?

I'm still a virgin and I'm really curious about what to expect the first time I have intercourse. Does it hurt a lot and is bleeding normal? If it does bleed, how long should I expect that to last? Also, I've noticed I can insert a finger into my vaginadoes that mean I don't have a hymen anymore? I'd love some clarity on all this.

First-time intercourse can be painful and may cause bleeding due to hymenal tearing, but this varies from person to person; bleeding, if it occurs, usually lasts a few hours to a few days; being able to insert a single finger into the vagina doesn't necessarily mean you don't have a hymen, as hymens come in different shapes and sizes, and some may be more elastic or flexible.
