I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant and just found out that my placenta is at grade 2 maturity. I'm a bit worried about what this means. Is this something I should be concerned about? Are there any specific precautions or things I should be doing to ensure everything's okay? Would love some guidance here.

View allI had unprotected sex with my fiance and took the ipill about 14 hours later. A couple of days after taking it, I experienced some vaginal bleeding. Should I be concerned about this, or is it a normal side effect of the ipill?
It's normal to experience vaginal bleeding a few days after taking the i-Pill, as it's a common side effect due to hormonal changes. This is usually not a cause for concern. However, if the bleeding is heavy or prolonged, or if you miss your next period, consider consulting a doctor to rule out other issues.

Can I use the 10% Betadine solution for a sitz bath to help with my episiotomy stitches? I was previously using the 5% solution, but now I only have the 10% one. Is it safe to continue with the sitz bath using this higher concentration? Im just worried if it might be too strong.
