I'm a bit concerned about getting the COVID vaccine because I had angioplasty about a decade ago and have been taking ecospirin tablets since then. I've been taking Telista H 40 for my BP for about a year but sometimes it's not available in my village. My BP has been normal around 120/80 and I recently had EVLT surgery on both legs. The nurses checked my BP post-surgery - first day it was 120/70 and second day 120/80. Can you suggest a low-cost alternative to Telista H 40 that would work for me?
